Puerto Rico

Medium Dark Roast. Direct Trade. Smooth. Over a century ago, Puerto Rico was one of the largest exporters of coffee in the world. Today, only about 1% of the coffee grown in the island is exported. Traded directly from the central mountains of Lares, Puerto Rico, the altitude and climate of island’s interior provide the perfect place to grow coffee plants. Puerto Rico coffee generally has a lower acidity, making it very smooth. Bold taste, with sweet chocolate and caramel notes, makes a very pleasant coffee.

Medium Roast. Fair Trade Organic. Pleasant. Guatemalan coffees are some of the most amazing fragrant and aromatic coffees in the world. The natural shade and jungle of the Guatemalan highlands are the perfect environment for the bourbon botanical variety of arabica, a spontaneous variety of the original typical arabica, which lends itself to a very nice and very natural full cup. Wonderful flavor, good body, balanced acidity, with notes of chocolate, and a pleasant aftertaste.

Medium Roast. Fair Trade Organic. Balanced. Colombia has the perfect geography for coffee production, and it is currently the number three top coffee exporter of the world. Colombian coffees are generally well balanced, medium bodied, and bright. They are also the most highly marketed coffees in the world. This is an outstanding example of a fine organic coffee. Full bodied and moderately acidic, with a striking aroma and a sweet flavor sure to please.

Medium Roast. Fair Trade Organic. Nutty. Brazil is the world’s leading grower and exporter of coffee beans. With a relatively low acidity, Brazil coffee flavor notes are primarily chocolatey and nutty, and can range from milk chocolate to bitter cocoa and toasted almond. This organic coffee features a smooth, buttery, pea-nutty flavor, with a soft body. This profile creates a sweet and deeply dimensioned coffee, with a pleasantly spicy undertone.

Medium Roast. Fair Trade Organic. Distinct. Generally a mildly acid coffee, flavorful and aromatic, Peruvian coffee offers a gentle sweetness, and a nice medium body. Subtly exceptional, light and levitating with a vanilla-nut toned sweetness that deserves appreciation as a distinctive specialty origin, Perú makes an excellent single origin coffee. Light, fruity, well balanced flavor with a bright taste in the cup, offering distinct flavors experiences.

Costa Rica

Medium Light Roast . Fair Trade Organic. Bright. Costa Rican coffees are high grown in amazing volcanic soil, producing a very bright and very clean cup, along with an outstanding fragrance. The best Costa Rican coffees are the cups that develop a bit of berry fruitiness to compliment the straight-out brightness. Of coffee grown in Central America, Costa Rican is known for having the best balance of fruit, nut, and depth.

Medium Light Roast.
Fair Trade Organic.
Delicate. Mexican coffees are akin to a good white wine: dry with a delicate body, a gentle sweetness and fruitiness, and an acidic snap to finish off the experience. In this Mexican coffee you’ll find a mild flavor, with a light body and nutty tasting notes. It can also show bright acidity, overtones of chocolate, and earthy and spice notes.

Jamaica Blue Mountain

Juniper Estate. Medium Roast. Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee is known for having a pleasing balance of body and flavor. Wonderfully aromatic, balanced, with rich hints of chocolate, and a sublime sweet lingering finish. Highly demanded, this coffee is a true treat for the authentic coffee lover!
